  2. Each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition.

  3. After passing quality checks, the items are securely packed.

  4. Your package is handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

  5. The delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package at the earliest possible time.

If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How Are Items Packaged?

We prioritize both product safety and environmental responsibility.

  • Orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • We aim to use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

  • Recyclable cardboard boxes and paper fillers may be used instead of plastic materials.

  • We continuously work toward reducing plastic usage and improving sustainable packaging practices.

Where Do We Ship?

Currently, Vadora Cares ships across India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

After placing your order:

  • You will receive a confirmation message via email and/or SMS.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

  • You can track your order through the My Orders section of your account.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Possible Delays

  • Some products may be sourced directly to ensure freshness and quality, which may cause slight delays.

  • During major sales or promotional events, dispatch may take up to 5 business days due to high order volumes.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. This can happen if items are shipped from different warehouse locations.

Note: Any applicable shipping or COD charges are applied only once.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • A shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹499.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for certain order values or locations. If applicable, COD availability will be shown at checkout.
