Cancellation & Return Policy

At Vadora Cares, we strive to provide high-quality beauty products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel, return, or request a refund, please review the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

(Only valid on orders placed & delivered within India)

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation using any of the following methods:

1. Via Your Account

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order you wish to cancel

  • Click Order Details → Cancel Item

  • Select item(s), provide a reason, and confirm

Once submitted, the item(s) will be cancelled and the refund process will begin.

2. Via Customer Support

Email us at support@vadoracares.com with your Order ID and cancellation request.
Our support team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Before shipment: Refunds are initiated within 24–48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.

  • After dispatch: Refunds are processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking: refunded to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after verification. It may take up to 5 business days to reflect.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If applicable, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after product verification. It may take up to 5 business days to reflect.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return Window (India Orders)

Vadora Cares offers an easy return policy. You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@vadoracares.com within 3days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product and invoice

Step 2: Pickup & Verification

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

  • Refund/replacement is initiated after inspection.

Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse

  • Returned without original packaging, labels, accessories, or freebies

  • Product seal is broken or tampered with

  • Product has been used or altered

  • Return request is made after 15 days of delivery

  • Free gift items are not returned with the product

Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order beauty products

  • Personal care tools or appliances

  • Free promotional items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

All orders undergo strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Email support@vadoracares.com within 3days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and product images.

  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returning Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the product.

Partial Returns

You may return individual items from an order. Each returned product must include all components and any complimentary items.

Refund Process for Returns

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours (may take up to 5 business days to reflect).

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer after verification.

Special Promotions

During promotional campaigns or sale periods, special return/exchange rules may apply. Details will be mentioned on the promotional banner.
